Re: Software improvement suggestions

IDEA: Allow multiple LFO to be assigned to a single filter. This would allow some competing LFO against a single filter for more rhythmic variants, including arp-like sequences that are more designed than the random LFO. Again, look to the BOSS gear for their robust assigns. Here's two LFO assigned...

Re: Software improvement suggestions

Or having the expression rock between two filters would do the same. Toe down for a high focused bandpass, heel down to instantly change to my envelope driven LPF. This could be done, but there is usually a click when switching between band-pass and low-pass. But maybe the benefits outweight the cl...

Re: Various usability questions

What kind of things are you thinking of doing with the LFOs? Ramp may not be the best parameter for other waveshapes, but maybe there is something else that will work? I'm not personally likely to use LFOs at all in reality. But I know there's a small but dedicated group of electric bass players al...

Re: Hardware improvement suggestions

Make the LPF fatter sounding. Honestly, I don't know how to articulate this well but comparing it to my other analog filters such as the Moog MF-101 it just doesn't sound as fat, huge, and warm when used with bass / bass fuzz. Particularly once you start applying resonance. I'm not saying the Wahoo...

Re: Software improvement suggestions

Other ideas I'd like to try: * Envelope filter but with the expression also controlling cutoff and resonance. How would this work? Maybe as an extra layer of hi/lo for the cutoff and resonance? So, the envelope filter normally goes from the hi/lo values you set, but the pedal lets you move between ...

Re: Software improvement suggestions

Suggestion: Make Editor parameters modifiable by keyboard once focused. Would be great to be able to click on the Sensitivity then be able to use Up / Down Arrow keys on the keyboard to further tweak it. And in some cases may be easier as moving the knobs by increments of 1 can often be challenging...

Re: Various usability questions

QUESTION: Should an envelope filter with a Sensitivity = 0 have absolutely no filter movement? E.G. provide a totally static filter? Set a bandpass filter with a Lo Freq = 120 and a Hi Freq = 4000, Q=0 for both, Curve = Linear, Mode = Envelope, then Sensitivity, Punch, etc. all to 0, then push your...

Re: Various usability questions

...I think the problem is with the envelope tracker in the Wahoo not falling quickly enough to track the gaps between the notes. However, this is implemented in firmware, so can be changed... That was my initial guess as well. I'm using the tightest gated fuzz I've personally owned which trips most...
