Thanks. Here's a screenshot of what I got. as I glissando upwards it does seem like the number on the right goes up correspondingly. Still nothing from cubase though.

By 'output indicator' are you referring to what looks like 3 flashing lights on the bottom of the window? Whether I was, or was not in pitch bend mode, the left and the right light lit up when I played something, the middle light did not. Turning the hold off didn't seem to do anything for me either...

The preset it set to A. As far as I can tell I have the settings here correct.
