Re: Loose pedal - can't tighten
If the bolt is loosened too much, it may be possible to release it from it's captive position so that you can no longer tighten it. Perhaps this is what happened? The instructions to disassemble are indeed the same as the Wahoo, so it's easy to completely take it apart to fully service the unit. It ...

Re: instant selection of tones for midi
I've seen midi-ox show an out of memory error sometimes. It doesn't usually mean it has no memory, more likely that it has problems opening the device (8GB should be perfectly good enough). Try closing midi-ox, and closing other MIDI applications, then re-running midi-ox. Also check which devices mi...

I've only just seen this message, and realise it's quite old. Did you resolve this problem?

Re: Voluum Sending Unwanted Midi CC
In the desktop editor, on the "midi" tab, enable "send only 7-bit controller" under the expression pedal setting. By default, 14-bit MIDI controllers are sent to give maximum resolution. MIDI allows this by combining two controllers, one for coarse and one for fine adjustment. In...

Thanks for the bump!
Unfortunately, we still haven't investigated this; other things have been higher priority. Do you need this for a specific application?

Re: bleed over from my Wahoo
The sound is more obvious because of the high gain you have. The gate sound is normal. The Wahoo doesn't have a real gate, but closes the filter to reduce the noise. As the filter closes, you can hear the filter sweep from high to low. But I'm not sure why get this with the gate off too. Which prese...

Re: Unreliable footswitch+thomann question-
Sorry to hear about your footswitch. We should have a replacement we can send you. I'll send you a PM to get your details from you.
I'm not sure why Thomann don't have it in stock. It certainly wouldn't hurt if you can email them to ask about it. I will chase that up from our side too.
