Try with a different guitar/lead, or with a different input entirely, like a microphone, synth or whatever you have.

Have you tried rebooting the Mac? I've had noise problems and this has always solved the problem. Also only open the applications you need.

Editor; Revert mode/zone settings would be nice to have.
Currently changes are saved immediately.
Perhaps a Save function that would save without popping up a save screen, or the typical mac
command Z to undo last change, or a revert function.
Now, one has to reload a previously saved config and start again.

Do you use skype? I can show you. Once you have captured the screen or window hit the red button of the captured screen and save it to your desktop. then use the upload attachment on this page below

Hi Cathy, Its hard to know where to start to help you. Can you please send a few screenshots of your Garageband screens. Use "Grab" which is in Applications - Utilities

Hi Soundog You can do 1) already by using the "gate" set to 1 note. Use 3 zones with gate set to same note but transpose the note in each zone to create the chord you want. You run out of zones pretty quickly though, and once you have used up 6 zones, you need to change modes, either by se...
