Re: Wahoo used as an expression pedal
To connect the Wahoo to standard 5-pin MIDI devices (the Merris podals look like that connect standard "5-pin" MIDI via a TRS jack, and use an adapter cable) you need a "USB Host" device, we have more info on this on our FAQ page: http://www.sonuus.com/products_wahoo_faq.html#sub...

Re: Opening the wahoo
Appologies for the slow reply. That is really annoying. These pedals were designed to be easy to repair! I've only seen this once before and the only way to remove it was to drill off the head of the screw. Then the board can lift out and the remaining part of the screw can be removed with pliars (o...

Re: Effects Loop Modification
That's an interesting idea, and I'm happy to help you.
I'll send you a PM and we can dicusss in more detail off-line. I'll need to dig into the design and work out what might be possible.

Re: After update the Wahoo is not working anymore.
So sorry for the delay to reply to this. Somehow the forum didn't send me a notification of the post. There is something wrong with your Wahoo. It is most likely a simple electrical problem that can be repaired easily, but since this is new you may want to return it for a replacement by Thomann. &qu...

Re: I2m on iPad takes control of audio from focusrite
This may be normal, but I'm not sure. Certainly a long time ago the iPad could only access one audio device at a time, but there have been many iOS updates since I last tried this so it may have changed -- but from what you describe this may still be a limitation in iOS. There are 5-pin MIDI convert...

Re: Green power Led keeps lighting up when disconnected
This is not normal. It sounds like the power circuit is not working correctly. It's probably a bad solder connection somewhere that sometimes connects/disconnects by itself causing this. We can repair/replace the G2M for you. It's best to contact your retailer to arrange this, or PM me if it's out o...

Re: Monophonic non-midi keyboard
I have done this before, and it can work well. As long as the source sound is as pure as possible it can be very good (avoid filter sweeps, amplutude envelopes, etc) and keep the tone simple (something with "gentle" harmonics, so that the fundamental tone is nice and strong). Then the synt...

Re: Can the G2M v3 dip switches be controlled by midi in?
There settings can only be controlled by the dip switches, but I do like the idea of being able to control via MIDI. The best I can do now is add this as a feature request for a future version.

Re: Voluum control app for Mac: 64-bit version
This is something we've been looking at, but unfortunately it's not a simple case of just rebuilding the code to make it 64-bit. Apple decided to remove a lot of supported features when moving from 32-bit to 64-bit, so a lot of the underlying OSX code needs to be rewritten from scratch to make it wo...
