Hi,
I was reading about some of the frustration many B2M users were having and wanted to share my story. Like many of you, it was a frustrating process trying to find a midi module that worked well layered over my bass tone. Pianos sounded weird, pads sounded ok, but still not really satisfied with any of it. Then I noticed there was a midi IN on the back of a vocal harmonizer. After turning off the extra layers of what sounded like a chorus of chipmunks, the B2M became a controller for my voice. It worked very well, without much tweaking of the harmonizer. (but a little added portament smoothed things out a bit.)
I can't count the number of times we have shown up for a gig and no vocal monitors. Backing harmonies suffered. This configuration solves a big problem for me.
