I want to use the sequencer of my moog mother synth to trigger samples in my Ipad pro.
Will this work with the i2m?
Each note corresponts a different sample pad in Ipads IMPC or similar app.
I dont see why this wouldnt work but thought i ask here.
Also....i get both g2m and i2m as i really like the Philosophy of these products. The key reason for me is that imdint want to use midi keyboards but play my electro mechanic piano and use that to trigger the moog or other gear.
While not the intendent use this will be just fine right? (G2m)
possible to use a Sequencer -> i2m ->ipad mpc?

Yes, this will work, if I understand correctly.
You want to take the notes from the monosynth, into the G2M (or i2M) and send MIDI into the iPad. It can work very well if you choose a good sound on the monosynth (fast attack, no effects, etc).
I have done a similar thing to this, using the monosynth notes to trigger the G2M, then the G2M sending MIDI to the Wahoo filter pedal, and the Wahoo being used to filter the synth... so connecting up the Wahoo as a note-tracking filter.
I've also tested this using a hardware synth to play a software synth. It can work very well.
