I am trying to setup my cello so I can use it for midi entry into notation software (Musescore ideally). Out of the box, it doesn't really work- I think it's picking up all kinds of overtones. I'm pretty clueless looking at the settings in the musicport editor (thought I did manage to update the firmware to the latest version). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Did you succeed with the cello? I would like to try a with hollow-bodied fretless bass, but I guess the issue with the cello might be the lack of accuracy with no frets, or too much overtones from the hollow body, which might apply to my bass as well.
