Yes, of course.

The i2M uses standard USB-Audio protocols so is fully supported by the drivers built into OSX, including Lion.

Regarding the i2M Desktop editor software, we've had no reports of problems with Lion.

Just that there has been some midi related problems with Lion...

One less reasons why not to upgrade to Lion...
