No drop down menus in ASIO driver control panel

Hi.
For some reason the drop down menus are not working in my asio driver control panel. As I result I can not change my sample buffer or properly select my chained device. This is forcing me to use the wdm driver (because it is the first one in the list of WDMs)which is causing significant latency. Ihave removed and reinstalled both drivers (the Sonuus I2M and Focusrite VRM box) several times.

I am using Windows 8.1 on a Lenovo yoga 2.

Other than this small issue everything seems to be working fine.

I'm not sure what's happening here.

Can you select "Use Chained Output Device"? This should enable and disable the Chained Output drop-down menus whenever this checkbox is enabled and disabled.

Is the top "Buffer Size" drop-down menu available, can you change this?

I can select check boxes and radio buttons...but cannot expand any drop downs..it just gives me a small withe line underneath. I've tried tabbing, arrows, etc. So...I can select 'Use Chained Output Device' but I can only select the radio button for type of driver...but I can't change the device because of the lack of drop downs. If my Focusrite VRM Box was the first thing in the list for ASIO drivers I'd be all set :)

It sounds like the i2M ASIO driver is not finding any of the other devices, so it's not populating those menus which is why you can't select them.

Is this the 32-bit or 64-bit ASIO driver? Which DAW are you using?

Presumably the Focusrite VRM shows up as an ASIO device in your DAW (or whatever you are using) as an option beside the i2M ASIO driver?

None of the dropdowns work at all...even the one on top for samples. 64 bit ASIO driver. Ableton live 64bit. Yes VRM Box shows up as an option for ASIO in live...as well as several other like asio4all (which does not show up in the i2m driver).

I'm gonna try this in Presonus Studio One and report back if I have any different results

Ok. Interesting update...

Everything works fine in Studio One.

Opened Live again to try it. and the dropdowns are still not functional...BUT...the Focusrite VRM box is the top asio device...so at least I can select it now.

Another interesting not...chained device section does not 'grey out' when I deselect the check box for chained devices (when using live).

Live 9.1.7

I'll try reinstalling live and let you know if there are any changes.

Thanks for the update.

That is strange about Live. Really not sure what's happening there.

Reinstalling live had no effect. Is there anyone who has used the driver successfully with the latest version of live 64bit? Just trying to eliminate variables.
