Yes, the i2M musicport (and its ASIO driver) will work in 64-bit Windows. It will appear as a standard USB MIDI and Audio device so will work in any Windows application that supports audio and/or MIDI. The ASIO driver lets it work as a low-latency audio device in audio applications that support ASIO.
