Hi,

apologies if this is in the wrong place.

A little help is needed here. I can log in to the forum (obviously) - but the login doesn't allow me to download the software for the Voluum pedal.

I'm pretty sure I've done this before - but I can't now remember how!

Any help?

James will answer you but it's not the same account to login on the forum and to download software i've had the same trouble and i need to ask for a new password on the registration page.

I can't get the resend password/confirmation function to work.

Hopefully James will be along to assist shortly - I'm a bit stuck otherwise!

I've just figured why I can't recover the account - it was registered to an email address which doesn't exist anymore.

In fact i've the same trouble i can't connect and when i try to resend my password nothing works. but 'i'm pretty shure to don't use another email address...

I use a hotmail address and i find that often i don't receive mail like account confirmation or resending password since 2 years..
