This firmware addresses several bugs that are detailed in this forum post: http://forum.sonuus.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1731
1. Sending MIDI expression only goes up to 126. The MIDI value is now correctly scaled.
2. Receiving Effect Enable Controllers is buggy. Sending a MIDI controller to control an individual effect after a program change could be ignored.
3. Receiving Effect Enable Controllers is even buggier. After changing presets, MIDI controllers may not always enable/disable the effect assigned to it.
4. Leaving Preset Edit Mode. Long press on footswitch lets you enter foot-operated preset mode and enable the tuner. But this will cancel any edit that is in-progress. To avoid loosing edits, the long press on the footswitch is ignored while editing.
8. Another small bug: LFO Duo Mode and MIDI. LFO2 did not correctly set it's MIDI controller - it set the controller of LFO1 by mistake. LFO MIDI output in duo mode now works as expected.
Also: Updated the built-in tuner to use our latest tuner algorithms (minor performance enhancements).
