sonuus G2M: synth FX

hello,
I got the sonuus G2M
i connect my guitar to it...then from sonuus to PC with usb
can i play synth FX from reaper while playing my guitar? i use karma fx for vst
my computer is picking the midi i believe but don't know how to make reaper pick it up also
