Can I use G2M just for Midi input (not audio?), (as stated in the subject), I am using a Mac tower, and an Apogee Ensemble interface, and I can see this being a better solution to some of my old Midi guitars, I just wanted to avoid using an aggregate device or whatever, as I like my Ensemble, and don't want to get all sorts of clocking errors etc that aggregate devices tend to incur, so if I plug this into my USB hub, will I be able to access the Midi functionality without having to need the Audio portion active? Essentially just using it as a midi input?
Thanks!

Re: Can I use G2M just for Midi input (not audio?)
Do you mean the G2M, or i2M musicport?
The G2M is only MIDI (standard 5-pin MIDI connector), the i2M musicport has a USB interface that provides USB-MIDI and USB-Audio. With the i2M musicport, it is indeed possible just to use the MIDI part of it, and ignore the Audio part: if you only open the MIDI input that's all you'll get and you can use it just like any other USB-MIDI device beside your existing audio devices.
