How long does firmware update take?

I'm using my i2m for the first time and updating the firmware from within the musicport editor. Its been going for over an hour. Is something wrong? I'm on a Mac.

OK, I'm glad you have it working.
For anyone reading this... the firmware update only takes a few seconds.
