Midi implementation chart

Post by PaulK »

The key says; O=Yes, X=No, in which case, this hardly does anything!
Is this perhaps a mistake?
thanks

It's not a mistake, but it's slightly out of date. Since the MIDI implementation chart was done a few things have been added to the firmware that aren't described in the MIDI chart:

* Can now transmit on any controller, not just breath.

* Can accept program change messages to select a preset.

Is there anything in particular that is worrying you? Perhaps we have made a mistake.

Thanks James, that explains it!
I was concerned as you wrote in my other thread, that one could change modes by sending a Program Change message to the i2M, and when I looked at the Midi chart and saw that Program Change was "X" ie No. Thats why I thought perhaps the key was wrong.

The state of the world is worrying me, but due to no mistake of yours.

Cheers
