Only a very few Wahoos have had this problem. In the cases where it has happened, we have repaired or replaced the unit quickly and at no cost to the customer.

I'm sorry I'm not able to answer your specific questions, however, we take customer service very seriously and should a Wahoo develop any problem, we will always address it as quickly as possible.
