Sonuus Voluum Controlling Line 6 M5

Hi,

I cannot seem to get the Voluum sent Midi Expression pedal data to the Line 6 M5.
It should be possible, according both manuals. What I do is split my bass in to a stereo signal path, I want to be able control the volume on both lines.

I set the Line 6 to the volume pedal model and want to sent Expression pedal from the Voluum.

Could you please help out?

The M5 manual shows "expression" using CC#01 -- i.e., controller number 1.

Controller 1 isn't expression, but "mod wheel". It looks like it has FX on/off set to use the expression controller #11.

If this is correct, setting the Voluum to send "expression pedal" on controller #1 should work. Set this on the midi page of the editor.

Also check the MIDI channel the M5 is set to receive on. It says it can received on 1-16, or omni. Make sure it's on omni, or set to the same channel that the Voluum is sending.
