My Wahoo doesn't recognize my input

I have tried multiple instruments. I can hear the filter when I engage but my instrument is not responding. The LFO seems to work but not the filters. Updated firmware and software and made no difference. HELP!

I need more information from you.

What do you mean when the LFO seems to work but not the filters? The LFO drives the filtesr, so if you hear something happening with the LFOs, then the filters must be working.

What presets are you using? What happens when you play these?

I have tried multiple presets. When I engage the pedal, I hear the pedal sweep through the filter but my instrument gets cut off.

Can you send us a recording of this? I will send you a PM with my email address where you can send a recording.

What power supply are you using? Maybe it can't provide enough power so once it switches the bypass relay can't stay open long enough so it closes?
