Hi
In the last 2 days my i2m just seems to have quit.
If I fiddle with the USB, or take it offline and then back on again sometimes it comes back to life
I swapped USB cables and reset the unit to factory settings and still had the same problem

Suggestions ?

What does the sonuus logo light do when you plug it in?

It sounds like there could be an internal connection problem. If you've changed cables, that rules out the cable. If wiggling the cable at the i2M side makes it work, or not work, that points to the i2M.

Can you please send me a PM with the details of where and when you got the i2M, it's serial number, and your address. In case we need to replace it for you.
