USB pin broken

Hi, one of the small connecting pins has somehow become squashed/bent on my i2m - completely flattened. No idea how unless the lead had become faulty. I can't access it to straighten it - any advice please? thank you.

I've never heard of that happening before.

Can you please send me a PM with details of when and where you purchased the i2M.
