Hello
I purchased a Wahoo a little over a month ago (and am loving it!)
Unfortunately the footpedal has started to come loose from the base unit. As you know, the pedal is attached to the base unit by two bolts - these are starting to come loose. I opened the back of the unit but the bolts don't seem accessible without dismantling the unit completely. Please note, the pedal has had light home use only, I've not treated it at all roughly.
Should I:
(i) Contact the supplier for a replacement
(ii) Send it back to Sonuus for repair or
(iii) are you able to send instructions so I can dismantle/repair it myself?
Thanks
Guy
Wobbly footpedal
Re: Wobbly footpedal
Hi Guy,
I'm sorry to hear this. It sounds like the nuts haven't been properly tightened.
Please send me a PM with you email address and I'll email you a guide on how to fix this. You basically just need to unscrew things to access the nuts, but the guide explains I in detail.
