Wahoo stopped responding

I'd be really grateful for your help. Ive had my wahoo from new (bass Direct). I've recently added it back to my pedal board but the unit is not responding. All presets are the same. No difference at all. I've read some related topics from this forum and looked at the calibration are//// this appears normal. I'm at my wits end. I'd be very grateful for your help. I'm in there UK so could arrange for the unit to be sent to yourselves for repair.
