Recently, I acquired a bass. I've been using Wahoo and Voluum with guitar and synth so far (synth just for proof of concept, to be explored further by my son).
Now I was wondering if there is (or could be added in the future) an option for switching the global custom setting "int" (for instrument type re Env and Pitch modes) via MIDI or another mechanism?
IMHO, it would make sense to extend preset storage for the user presets to include this setting, for multi instrument rigs. Is that possible to be implemented? Would you please consider this, in case it is?

Yes, it may be possible to add an override on the preset: use global or choose the instrument.
The reason it's not in the preset currently, is it would be a lot of hassle if you switch instrument, then need to update all your presets. But defaulting this to global and allowing it to be overridden should work.
I'll add it to the list of future things to look at.
