Hello,
I got my G2M today.
I was trying to connect my electrical instrument using G2M midi converter with my Roland XP-30 keyboard.
I am very much exited to know that I can play sounds from my Xp30 keyboard onto my electric instrument.
However I am having difficulties connecting .

If you could guide me ,I would greatly appreciate it. If you provide me the phone number I could call you or if you can call me on 610-223-0552 USA.
Looking forward to your help.
thanks,
Harish

Hello Harish,

Can you please give some more information about how you are trying to connect this and what problems you are having.

All you should need to do is the following:

Guitar -> G2M "IN"
Midi cable to connect G2M "MIDI OUT" to the "MIDI IN" of your Roland XP-30

Then when you play guitar, the MIDI LED on the G2M should light and at the same time the Roland XP-30 should play notes. If you don't hear anything from the keyboard it may need to be set to respond to external MIDI on the same channel that the G2M is sending (this defaults to channel 1, but can be changed using the DIP switches in the battery compartment of the G2M).
