My Loopa, which is about a year and a half old, will no longer turn on.

I've of course tried fresh batteries. It was probably sitting unused with batteries in it for a while, but I don't see any indication that the batteries leaked or anything.

I don't think anything else unusual has happened to it. There is no visible damage on the exterior or inside the battery compartment.

Sorry to hear you have a problem.

Presumably the battery is in the correct way? Inserting the wrong way won't damage the Loopa, but it won't turn on.
