bleed over from my Wahoo

Post by cleggfu »

Bonjour. Right, ive got a guitar, going into the Wahoo then into a big muff then into a boss ns2 gate. I keep getting this weird half a second of signal after I have struck the notes. The video shows the problem with the gate on, and with it off. The main problem is sometimes it causes a really terrible bit of feed back instead of that weird noise. I shall now attempt to embed a video (hold the line caller).
That didn't work. Here is a link.

The sound is more obvious because of the high gain you have. The gate sound is normal. The Wahoo doesn't have a real gate, but closes the filter to reduce the noise. As the filter closes, you can hear the filter sweep from high to low. But I'm not sure why get this with the gate off too.

Which preset are you using? If it's not a factory preset, can you save the preset file using the desktop editor and post it here so I can try it here and see if I get the same thing?
