broke in less than 4 hours of use :(

Post by dvelop »

Sorry to say it, but the g2m broke within 4 hours of use at home for me. I plugged the guitar in to hard or something and a piece broke off inside it and it simply wouldn't work anymore. Also for some reason the battery cover broke off and would not stay on.

Don't get me wrong I f*cking love the idea of the G2m and B2m and really want one again, but for 99 US dollars it is simply not worth it for it to be not able to handle any type of roughness. I was actually gentle with it, and its weird that it broke like that, which leads me to believe it is made of really cheap materials.

So it needs a price reduction to more along the lines of a guitar tuner, or stronger materials to justify the price.

Also I really wish it was polyphonic.

Other than these issues Its probably one of the greatest devices ever made.

please make a new version with stronger materials and polyphonic options.

You've obviously got a defective unit. Return it to where you bought it for for a warranty replacement.

The quality of the G2M has been very good and we've only had a tiny number of failed units; all have been replaced under warranty.
