How to get a product replaced under warranty

All Sonuus products are covered by a warranty, and If you need to return anything, it must be returned to the retailed from where you purchased it. They will deal with warranty replacements or refunds.

If the retailer agrees that the unit is faulty, they will replace/refund it according to their own terms and conditions. If the unit is defective, there should be no problem. If it's working correctly, but just not suitable for your needs, you may get a refund if it's returned quickly, but not all retailers operate a no-quibble refund policy.
