I see suggestions for putting a G2M in a pedalboard. Have you considered a rack mount version, with any control or switches on the panel face? It would easily fit in a 1/2 width 1U slot.
I'm considering mounting my G2M inside my effects case. Is there an amperage limit I should observe for a 9V DC power supply? I assume current draw is minimal.
Other than constantly sending it an audio signal, is there any way to keep the G2M from going into its low power state?

A rack-mounted unit is something we have considered, but we're not sure how large the market for that would be. Yes, it's very low. The average current required is 12mA. Anything that can supply a peak current of ~ 20mA should be fine (which I suspect means just about every 9V PSU available).I'm considering mounting my G2M inside my effects case.
