Hi!
I buy today a Sonuus i2M.
I registrered the produs on the site and i downloaded the software and ASIO driver for Windows 64 bit.
In both i receive that error announcement:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
A DLL required for this install to complete could be not be run.
Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
What can i do?!

We've not seen any problems in Windows 7 64-bit with the installer before.
Can you try to download it again, just in case it got corrupted during download.
If it still happens, does it tell you which DLL is missing?
