I plan to buy a G2M but I'm not sure if G2M works with a Guitar synth Roland GR-20? I can live with monophonic. Thank you in advance for your help.

I believe the G2M does work with the GR-20. The GR-20 has a MIDI input so that you can play the sounds with an external MIDI keyboard, or sequencer. The G2M will connect to this and then you can use it to play the sounds.
