I'm thinking about to get aB2m unit.
Is it possible to use it with a Roland GR-20. I mean, the GR input is a "12 pin".

You can use the B2M (and the G2M) with a GR-20. You just connect our device to the MIDI-IN on the GR-20 so you can access the sounds. You don't use the 13-pin connector on the GR-20.
