Re: Second time, G2M not working
I just wanted to update this post for completeness. I believe this is all now resolved and you have a new, working G2M.
Very unusual to have two non-working G2Ms. They have been very reliable and we get very few returns on these. We will investigate it.

Re: Transit MIDI messages using MIDI breakout cable for G2M
This currently isn't possible. Although the G2M receives MIDI input, it doesn't send when it receives to the output so it doesn't act as a MIDI merge unit.

Re: Updating functons
Yes, you can do this. "P.En" was added in firmware version 1.1.0. (1.3.0 is the latest version). This allows the Wahoo to turn on when the footpedal is moved to the toe-down position (or you can invert it so it turns on in the heel-down position instead). There is also an "off time&qu...

Re: difference between i2m and g2m?
The MIDI conversion inside the i2M and G2M are essentially the same. The main reason for using one over the other is the convenience of the connections: the i2M is USB, so perfect to connect to a computer, whereas the G2M is a standard 5-pin MIDI port so more suited to connecting to hardware MIDI pr...

Re: Mapping Dry/Wet tot Expression Pedal
Technically, this is possible, but the results wouldn't be smooth. The wet/dry mix is controlled by a digital pot, so it has steps as it switches between values. If you swept the wet/dry mix you would hear zipper noise as it did this. If you play something and adjust the wet/dry you might be able to...

Re: i2m detailed instructions
The i2M appears just like a USB-MIDI keyboard would. So you connect it to your software in the same way.

Re: Hi Can You Connect More then One Instrument Within i2m
Yes, you can as long as only one instrument is making sound at a time. But it also depends on what is connected. The input impedance of the i2M is very high (10M ohms) so it won't care if you connect multiple instruments. However, the other instruments may care. For example, if your guitar has passi...

Re: i2m Musicport MacOS Software 64-bit?
just because Sonuus is not willing to recompile their tools Unfortunately, it's not that simple. If we just had to re-compile as a 64-bit application that would be trivial. Apple removed several frameworks that the editor requires, so it is not a simple job to make it work. We are evaluating option...

Re: I2M App not compatible with Mac Version
The i2M still works fine in OSX Catalina (it's a class-compliant USB device), but the editor doesn't. In OSX Catalina, Apple removed several frameworks that the editor requires, so it is not a simple job to make it work. We are evaluating options for this, but it may require the OSX version of the e...
