i2m no midi

my i2m midi stopped working!!!
I get the message "Failed to open the MIDI device", it worked until a few days ago.
I'm using windows 7 and the only program that continues working with it, is Kontakt!

It's stopped working, but it still works with Kontakt?

Does the i2M editor still work with it? If so, it sounds like it's a problem with your MIDI system in Windows.

I think there was a similar problem with Windows XP, but it seemed to have been fixed in Vista/7. I guess not.
