I think the best thing to do is to return the unit to me so I can fully check every part of it. I've not seen this before, so I can keep guessing and asking you to check things, but I think it will be a lot faster if I simply check every part of the circuit carefully to work out what's wrong. I want to make sure you have a Wahoo that continues to be reliable for many years to come.

I bought a used backup WAHOO so that I could send my original back to you.
But I had a couple of months of gigs/touring and just kept using the old one.
Just back from ABU DHABI, it looks like TSA stole my original Wahoo out of checked luggage.

So I got out the backup one and everything works fine
EXCEPT for pitch-bend and pitch-track presets.
The unit will not change the filter based on pitch-bend in factory preset 70, for instance. Or another presets that use pitch-bend, which is my
main use for the Wahoo.
Am I just being stupid and not figuring something out here? Some global setting that I am missing?
I put the new firmware into it and restored factory settings...
Did not solve this problem...

Very bad news about your checked Wahoo

Do the envelope filter presets work ok?

Can you send me an ALL file (saved from the desktop editor). That has all your presets ans global settings and I can check it here.

all other presets work fine envelope presets work perfectly

I did have to reset the pedal calibration to get the pedal to work
after I put in the new firmware and reset to factory
pedal control was not working at all until I did that
then unit became normal except for pitch presets

should I send the ALL file to forum@sonuus.com?
