Noise while using power supply

Hi,
I'm using SONUUS G2M V3 and I'm very happy with it.
Unfortunately, when I use a power supply (9v adapter) I get a terrible noise both if I use the THRU audio out, and - more curiously - also if I use only the IN and MIDI OUT.
It could be a ground loop, but all the other elements in the chain seem not to suffer, only the G2M is problematic.
I've tried a couple of different power supplies but the noise remains the same.
Do you have a recommended power supply? What do you suggest?
I whould really like to have G2M in my pedalboard without having to change deal with the battery.
