its not working (no sound)

Hi guys,
I've just received my sonuus i2m. Everything looks alright, but no sound is coming out...
I use a Windows Vista SP2 laptop.
When I plug the i2m, I can see it in the record sound device manager, named Hi-Z Input and the i2m is flashing green.
The i2m software is installed.
(firmware version: 1.0.00 , Hardware version: 1.42.02, Desktop version:1.2.00)
I saw all demo videos on the web, it seems that there is nothing else to do.
But in my case, nothing works...
Can you help me please ?

Hi,
What audio software are you using with the i2M.(e.g. something like Cubase, Ableton etc.) ?
When you say 'no sound is coming out' do you mean no guitar sound from the i2M or no MIDI is received.. (or both) ?

Sorry for late!
I don't use audio software for now.
For my first steps, i would like to use my i2m like people that post demo on youtube.
It looks too simple... just plug and play.
Can i listen to my guitar just with i2m musicport software ? Or do i need Cubase, Ableton, just to listen effects ?
Concerning 'no sound is coming out', i mean both: no guitar sound from the i2M and no MIDI is received.

The i2M musicport software is only for configuring the i2M. It does not provide audio or synthesizer sounds. You will need some form of audio software to work with the i2M.

The one page manual was little help
Is there a more detailed Step by step video?
I have installed the Sonuus software & it lights up when I play a note
But no sound
I am running PreSonus Studio One Pro
I don’t see it listed when I load vst
Please help

You need to look at how to configure PreSonus Studio One Pro if you were using a MIDI keyboard to control MIDI sounds. As far as MIDI software is concerned, the i2M looks very like a MIDI piano. So if you can find out how to configure it for a keyboard, it should work just the same with the i2M (at least to get started and get some sounds).
